Her name is Blaze, but everyone just calls her Lucky.
I took the idea of Red being a lucky color in China and mixed it with some Naruto-esque styles. Even though Ninja's aren't a China thing. I only took the culture of it.
The katana on her hip is a gift from her Grand-Dad before he passed away. She says it contains his spirit and every strike is her Grand-Dad's wrath against her foes.
The Kanji on her back is Fierce.

I really love this, I used :iconrad-pax:'s Multiply Tutorial to help with the shading,
and channeled :iconsinduriel: from her MMO.

I think this is the first time you've drawn someone from behind, or at least I don't remember any and a quick skim of your gallery shows none.  So big props for trying new things!

I love the pose you picked for this.  It has this "Oh you thought you were sneaking up on me?  No, I knew you were there the whole time" feel to it.  The proportions you have for everything (feet, head, waist, arms, etc) are all really good.

There is something about her hips though.  the width of them combined with the lines under her butt cheeks make it feel like we're seeing it from directly behind.  However the way her legs are and the twist going up her torso it should be at an angle.  I think if the line under her left cheek showed more silhouette like the one on the other side, it might fix the perspective.

The outline of her left arm is really good, you did great at doing the foreshortening there.  The hem of her sleeve unfortunately detracts from that.  If her arm was on her hip we'd likely be seeing up her sleep a bit, or at least seeing it laying across the top of her arm.
The bit of shading under that sleeve also hurts the foreshortening, since the upper and lower arm are the same brightness they look like they are in the same plane (meaning the arm feels straight up and down, not bent).  If you had shaded the lower arm it would feel like it's in another plane, and thus reaffirm that her arm is bent.  Have a look at the reference picture to see what I mean, her upper arm  is fairly bright while her forearm is dark.

I do have to agree with you though, that background looks great, even if you did do it quickly.  Those short sketchy strokes really capture the feel of grass without you actually drawing individual grass blades.  The same as those long white strokes really get the feel of wispy clouds.  From a composition standpoint the blurriness of both clouds and grass do a nice job of pushing the viewers eyes to the clear details of the character.

Yeah it's the first. Thank you! :meow:
Yeah I had a bit of trouble with the placement of the butt cheeks, since the model is wearing a skirt it's hard to tell the exact placement. But when I made them I attempted to make it look like the pants were away from her behind.
I thought the sleeve looked a bit off but I couldn't place it. Along with the shadowing.

Thank you!
